PLAYSTATION Network Down Tomorrow from 8am to 2pm

Tomorrow, June 24, 2008, the PLAYSTATION Network will be offline for scheduled maintenance from 8:00am to 2:00pm Pacific Time. Of course, everyone will say this and so will we (in good spirit): it can possibly be that firmware v2.40 will be releasing tomorrow and they need to prepare. And come on, how perfect can it get? Release v2.40 on June 24. Top of that, Tuesday is the regular firmware update day. Speculate away, we only have a day until tomorrow anyway.

    Tuesday is the regular update day in Japan and Europe. The timezone difference means it’s usually Monday night in the US.

    I think it’s foolhardy to hope, but it would be nice.
