For those who are yet to have firmware v2.40 (we know we said it was up, but that was an accidental post we’ve prepared for when it goes live once again) and are wondering what getting a trophy really looks like, give the video above a watch. The trophy happens around the 1:00 minute mark. Let the trophy gathering begin folks. Enjoy!

    well it’s obvious it’ll be continually updated, as Greg Miller said from IGN that Sony stated that 2.4 is the first phase of the three phase update they have planned.

    Yeah, I’m pretty obsessed with getting trophies too.

    While I’m now obsessed with getting trophies I’m still not happy with the look of the notifier and I’m still not digging the look of the profile cards.

    I don’t mind that the trophies take a few seconds to load, I just want it to look a bit snazzier.
