Grand Theft Auto IV 360 to Have Cross-Platform Play with PC?

Over on the official Grand Theft Auto IV website, Rockstar have added the Games For Windows logo along with the LIVE logo next to it, since Grand Theft Auto IV was just announced for the PC. Many games using Games For Windows LIVE and Xbox LIVE contain cross-platform play, such as Shadowrun.
Could cross-platform play be coming for the Xbox 360 and PC Grand Theft Auto IV titles?
