Publisher Reviews Their Own Game: The Dishwasher
Sounds like someone wants to make fun of Peter Molyneux, who reviewed his own game, Fable II, a 9 out of 10. Ska Software is following in the Molyneux footsteps and reviewing their own game, The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai. However, don’t scream out “Bias!” too quickly, as you can clearly tell of his honesty, or joke, or whatever he is doing.
He calls the game “a mess”, saying that “the gameplay is basically broken”, and that worst of all, “the protagonist doesn’t actually wash dishes”. So why call it The Dishwasher?
To top that off, there are so many negative points, such as the “Blades of Chaos”, “nudity”, “a reasonably sized man-skirt”, and “a boss the size of a large building that takes roughly forty-five minutes to beat, during which the hero must perform at least two dozen quick time events, transform twice, travel through time, and discover something important about himself”.
Yeah, definately a one out of ten. /sarcasm
