TGS ‘08: Tekken 6 Coming to Xbox 360 As Well

In a new interview at the Tokyo Game Show currently taking place in Japan, Tekken 6’s Katsuhiro Harada has revealed that for the first time in ten years, Tekken will go multiplatform. The game will not only hit the PLAYSTATION 3, but the Xbox 360 as well next Fall.

    Ninja please!

    This may sound dismissive but honestly don’t care about Tekken anymore. Based on the video I’ve seen of the latest version I’m less than enthusiastic about the next outing. The characters don’t really look much better but more importantly the animation looks almost identical with characters grabbing their back in agonizing pain at the end of a match. Even if the game were still an exclusive I still wouldn’t care. I’d play the demo but chances are I wouldn’t get it.

    I’m sort of done with fighters. I was going to pick up Soul Caliber 4 but the gameplay is a little to slow in my opinion. I’m waiting for SFIV.
