Merchants of Brooklyn Is A Futuristic Mob-War In New York

Paleo have released the debut trailer featuring loads of gameplay for their upcoming first-person shooter for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, Merchants of Brooklyn. I’ve really never heard of this before, so it’s either new or was in the shadows previously.

The game takes place in 3100 A.D. It’s basically a futurstic mob-war games taking place in none other than Brooklyn, NY. However, the streets have sunken under water and society has been rebuilt on top of the existing structures, with buildings being linked together through a network of sky bridges.

The game really looks quite interesting, being built on the CryEngine 2 and all. The futuristic age means futuristic weapons with a Biomechanical Arm which will enhance your weapon in unique ways. The game will feature destrucible urban environments, a comic book vs. reality art style, humor, action, and a multiplayer mode as well. It’s truly one to look out for. Check out more here.
