SCi Entertainment in Takeover Talks with EA, Ubisoft

SCi Entertainment is the owner of the Tomb Raider franchise

British newspaper, Daily Mail, reports that SCi Entertainment is in talks with Ubisoft and Electronic Arts about a possible takeover. SCi Entertainment, which is the parent company of Edios, has been losing quite a bit of money over the past 12 months.

Electronic Arts is facing competition from Ubisoft, whom EA owns a 25 per cent stake in.
