New PixelJunk Game Gets A Proper Name

PixelJunk 1-4 just wasn’t that great of a name for a game in the highly popular PlayStation Network franchise. So Q-Games held a little contest to let fans name the game and today they’ve come to a final selection.

PixelJunk Shooteris the name of the game and the newly designed logo really fits well with the name, which highly emphasizes the liquid element in the game. The name was picked because it’s simple and describes exactly what you’ll be doing, which is shooting.

The upcoming PlayStation Network title will be playable at E3 next week, so stay tuned for videos and impressions.

    I’ll hold my excitement until I see some actual gameplay but PJ doesn’t usually disappoint although most of their line-up is a bit on the strange side. Still can’t get my head wrapped around PJ Monsters. Eden was a little easier to get attached to but the controls still frustrate me from time to time.
