Modern Warfare 2 “Prestige” Edition Unboxing is Ridiculous

Infinity Ward’s upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is one highly anticipated title, that’s for sure. However, the “Hardened” and “Prestige” editions of the game may just be a little too much. How so? Let’s try night vision goggles.

The “Prestige” edition of Modern Warfare 2 will indeed come with night vision goggles, “fully functioning night vision goggles,” which are great for nighttime activity.

Along with that, the “Prestige” edition includes a “Behind The Lines” art book, a Steelbook case, a token allowing you to download the first Call of Duty from Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network, and even a sculpted McTavish soap head for your night vision goggle storage.

    I can’t help but feel the COD series is entering “milking” territory now. Sure these collectors editions are good and all, but they look extremely expensive and OTT. I usually hate it when people cry “milking”, but somehow COD feels exactly like that to me sometimes.
