You really need to stop dick-riding Sony every on every comment you make.

To contribute to the discussion. I agree amongst Acti and Tecmo Koei that Sony does need to cut the price of the PS3. If someone is trying to decide on a 360 or PS3 and see either a $200 price or $400 price, I think they'd pick the cheapest.

This has to be getting more and more embarrassing for Sony to have developers complain about the PS3's price.

The worst part is that Sony probably has every intention of dropping the price but doesn't want to cut into current sales (however slow they may be right now) so that people will hold off buying for a few months. That could be just as detrimental as announcing a price cut 3 months ahead of time. Price cuts should happen the day of or the next day. Any sooner and they could really be hurting themselves. The fact that they held out this long is amazing but I'm sure we'll see a price cut by September. October at the latest. If they do manage to hold off until November it'll be amazing but I think they should drop it way before then so the word can get out and people leave the house on Black Friday with every intention of buying a PS3.

Personally, I think developers should close their friggin' mouths. It's easy for them to make statements like this when it's not them that has this problem to deal with. Like it's so easy to just drop the price of a product. Maybe we should start telling developers/publishers to drop their prices. I doubt they'd want that kind of pressure and to inflict it on others just doesn't seem fair or polite.
