Far Cry 3 in development and looking good

Ubisoft’s Far Cry 2 received a lot of critical acclaim when it released on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC last year, so it would make sense to continue the series to a third title, wouldn’t it? Of course, it would; that’s just what Ubisoft and the team in Montreal is doing.

Ubisoft’s Kevin Shortt confirmed to the Official PlayStation Magazine that Far Cry 3 is well underway. When asked if he was working on the game, he told Ubisoft he wasn’t, but then confirmed the game’s existence.

“No I’m not,” Ubisoft’s Kevin Shortt told OPM, “but I know the team are and what I’ve seen looks pretty exciting.”
