Final Fantasy XIII announcement due Friday at 10:30 AM

This Friday, Square Enix will make a ‘huge’, ‘must see’ announcement regarding Final Fantasy XIII in the US and Europe. While they haven’t revealed exactly what the announcement is, we’re all presuming it’s the release date. Square Enix is saying this will be a “a huge, special event”.

Square Enix Europe vice president of brand Larry Sparks had his own words on the forthcoming announcement.

“We have some very big news regarding Final Fantasy XIII; that we will be revealing Friday afternoon.

“We wanted to share the news with as many people as possible, so we have created a special video that will be unveiled on Friday. We hope you enjoy the announcement.”

The announcement is to hit both the US and Europe at the same time; at the moment, both US and Europe official sites for the game are teasing the announcement. The European site reveals that the announcement will arrive at 3:30 PM GMT on November 13th (10:30 AM EST).
