Although it's a good motive, I don't think it'd be fair for those who don't cheat and just prefer to stay with their group no matter what game they're playing. I just don't like how random people seem to join and all 8 people talking at once drives me mad. But on topic, I agree that people who play online shooters are fed up with party chat related cheating, so I congratulate IW on this move (I hardly ever play FPS's online tbh, but my friends who do are always complaing about cheating in this fashion).
