Dead Space 2 teaser image looks like ink splatter

PlayStation 3 Xbox 360

This may just be our first look at Dead Space 2, which is also set to be revealed in next month’s Official PlayStation Magazine. Dead Space’s official Twitter account has uploaded this image, which gives off the look of perfectly symmetrical ink splatter.

It looks the stuff at the bottom could be words. Hell if I can understand it, though. Your thoughts?

    It says:
    THE NIGHTMARE IS OVER
    BUT IT WILL NOT END!

  2. I’ll admit, whenever I have looked at a Rorschach test I have NEVER seen the ‘thing’ you are expected to see, but rather something entirely different.

The text does look like writing, and I can make out a few letters, but nothing substational. the “XX II” at the left looks like numerals however.

There’s no right or wrong answer in Rorschach tests. People see what they want to see and from there we get an inside look at how your mind operates.

I’ve got sex on the brain ’cause I see a vuh-jay-jay… with eyes on the side. I don’t know what all that crap is at the bottom.

  3. I don’t know about you guys, but I am seeing creatures in the ink splatter.

One in specific, the middle one, reminds me of those baby looking things from the first one. They had tentacles and what not.

I can think of something else that Rorschach looks like but I’ll leave that up to your imagination.
