Sony working with Sega on Bayonetta fix?

PlayStation 3

sony-fixing-bayonetta-rumor

The PlayStation 3 version of Bayonetta is pretty bland when compared to the Xbox 360 version. Slow loading times, lower quality and framerate make it the clear version to avoid for multiplatform gamers. However, Sony may be working with Sega to fix these issues for the January North American release.

A new story from French gaming site Gamekyo reports that “Sega and Platinum Games have taken responsibility for the bad port before deciding to work with the assistance of an engineering team from Sony to guarantee a PS3 version equal to the level of the console’s power.”

Since nothing’s official, we’ll mark this down as a rumor. I’ll shoot an e-mail over to Sega though and hope for a response.

Thanks, weartheinternetz.

If this is official, I will give Sony a reach around.

  2. Doesn’t the demo come out today? I am planning on downloading both the PS3 and the 360 demo’s just out of interest!
